An Android application for football enthusiasts to create a personal journal for upcoming league fixtures, bookmarked effectively like a journal. The app allows users to view and search players and teams from the Premier League, view statistics from the competition, and view information about stadiums in the league across England.
Introducing the Aston Endangered Animal Sanctuary prototype, a comprehensive fictional digital guide for visitors to explore the sanctuary's opening hours, daily educational events, interactive map of the park with animal zones, information about key staff, visual history/timeline, educational programs for schools and endangered species information. This prototype showcases my ability to design and develop a user-friendly, interactive and informative digital experience for visitors.
Discover Legends of Avalon, the turn-based RPG website I created featuring a community forum, blog posts, leaderboard, user profiles, match history, FAQ and statistics. The goal was to create an immersive website that can be used alongside the game and foster a non-toxic community. The website does not include an in-game chat but instead uses forum posts to communicate with the community for ease of moderation. The game is downloaded and playable as an executable file. This website showcases my ability to design and develop a comprehensive and interactive website for a gaming community.
This was a first year web project where I was able to create a functional and visually appealing events website through the use of HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. I took a structured approach by organizing the CSS and JavaScript files into separate folders, and keeping all images in a separate folder. With the help of phpMyAdmin, I was able to build a database which allowed users to register and sign in. Additionally, the database also enabled me to add features like updating user information, booking events, and viewing bookings. Overall, I am proud of what I was able to achieve in my first year web project as I was able to achieve 89% within this project's module as a result.
